I had the unfortunate experience of testing positive for covid while traveling, and I needed an official test result and a doctor's verification for insurance purposes. I had no car, and Indigo Wallingford was the only place in walking distance for me to get tested. I'm so thankful that this was the case, because I had an extremely pleasant experience there. The desk staff, nurse, and PA on duty were all so very kind and understanding. I really appreciated how patiently they answered my questions, especially considering that I was stressed and in an unfamiliar place. I would highly recommend Indigo! Also, just as a note, I came to Indigo as a walk-in, and my wait was brief.

I booked an 11:20am appointment for an evaluation after a car accident I was in that morning. I didn’t wait long and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They made sure that they were thorough with my assessment and that all of my questions were answered. I was even given additional advice to best handle the situation with insurance. I felt they had my best interest in mind, I felt comfortable and cared for. I am a health care worker myself and can say that given the circumstances we are in with Covid, this was a well functioning clinic and I was pleased with my experience.

Had a very pleasant interaction with the Multicare Crew! Firstly McKenzie at the front desk was a delight to meet and took down my info very quickly! And my doctor Thomas was very great at explaining and just had excellent bedside manners, as well as his assistant which I can’t remember their name, (apologies) but was just as nice and helpful! You all are superb! Would recommend to friends and family!

This place is amazing. Angels work here. Clay is one of the best client service providers as a Doctor that I have witnessed. So kind and caring. Helped a lot. Casey and Desorae are wonderful medical assistants. Highly recommend coming here for urgent care. Quick and easy and much support.

We offer a number of on-site lab tests, including strep, UTI, flu test and TB tests. We also send out more complex tests to other labs. If you have a question about a certain test or screening, don't hesitate to give us a call!
If you don’t have insurance, Indigo Urgent Care charges a flat fee of $175. This fee will cover: - An exam evaluation with a medical provider. - In-clinic lab testing for strep throat, flu tests, UTI, pregnancy (immediate result tests only) X-rays. - Medication given during the visit. Your provider may also suggest additional detailed lab testing or other treatments that will not be covered by the flat fee. But, they will discuss the price and options with you before moving forward with any services.
Indigo offers digital x-ray. This is still one of the most common imaging tools and is used to confirm or rule out minor injuries or illnesses, including fractures and pneumonia.
