Been here 1 time before and had a better experience then compared to my most recent visit. Ridiculously long wait, granted it is an urgent care and MOST have a long wait time in general, this particular visit I was waiting for 2 hours and hadn't seen a doctor yet... Started to feel sick (not the reason for my visit) so I had to leave abruptly. Who knows how long I would have still been sitting there.. Ended up going to the ER at swedish First Hill Campus, much better experience. The staff was ok, nothing special about their service. Seemed like they were over it too lol

I know Seattle (and Capitol Hill especially) have pretty much no Urgent care options, but go anywhere but here. The employees are SO RUDE and will go out of their way to make you feel uncared for. They’re abrasive and judgmental, especially the super miserable old red head lady that works at the counter, who was directly disrespectful, but also openly talked mess about me and my partner as we were walking away or asking them questions. I’m the type to never go to the doctor unless it’s a big deal, but this place is despicable in a way I’ve never seen a hospital be.

I had an emergency at 4 am this morning. The staff here were incredibly helpful. My nurse was kind and offered me a warm blanket. She got me set up with the medicine I needed pretty quickly. She brought me crackers and water. I felt like she cared. My Dr, Dr. B Seo had a great attitude. He was very kind, personable, and he listened. He was caring and he helped me feel comfortable in a really painful situation. I cant commend him enough. He is a great doctor!!! And I appreciate the staff getting me in quickly, making me feel comfortable, and being so kind. I want to say thank you to Dr. Seo, you are awesome!! And thank you to my nurse as well. 💙 I appreciate you guys being there for me this morning. Thanks to your care, Dr. Seo, I am feeling a lot better!!

I highly recommend KP Urgent care. At first I was bummed I had to drive into downtown, when there is an urgent care in my neighborhood. After being a patient at both, I’ll happily drive to this location. The nursing staff was great and checked in on me often. The doctor had good bedside manner and even tucked me into warm blankets. I was brought back immediately, but was there for a while because they gave me palliative care while waiting for all the test results. I left feeling much better. My only complaint is the parking garage is far away, so recommend getting dropped off if you don’t/can’t walk there. Good news is the pharmacy is right above the parking garage, so convenient when you leave.
