Company website allowed us to book a rapid COVID test for today. Company charged me for the five tests we scheduled. Took the Link from downtown Seattle with a handful of kids, walked to location only to find out no workers were at the location to administer tests. Watched about 15 other people come and leave for their appointments that they had already paid for. Now stuck with trying to find another rapid test provider days before my cruise that won’t allow us on without these tests.

I had booked an appointment with On-Point at their Seattle location to get a rapid antigen test for a cruise trip to Alaska leaving port of Seattle. We were traveling from California and had taken COVID test with our healthcare provider but just as a back up, in the event that our test results didn't come back in time, I decided to schedule a COVID rapid antigen test with On-Point. I ended up receiving my results from my healthcare provider the day before we needed to board our ship so I contacted On-Point and canceled our appointment. I was told by the agent over chat to fill out and submit a form and to also give them the details of my appointment over chat. I was also told to expect my refund in 5-7 business days. It has been over 2 weeks and I have not received my money back. I have been in touch with On-Point over chat and over the phone multiple times in the past week and they have been giving me the complete run around with the following excuses, "please submit your appointment details again", "sorry we are backlogged", "we'll need to process the refund again". They had me fill out their refund form two more times. It seems to me that it's false advertising that you will get your money back if you need to cancel your appointment. At this point in time I've had to contact my credit card company to try and get my money back... TLDR I canceled my appointment, followed the refund instructions, waited over two weeks, and I never received a refund.

BEWARE! I scheduled COVID tests for 4 individuals the day before a cruise only to have them cancel 3.5 hours before our scheduled appointment due to a "facility issue".. I understand that things happen, and since they offered a full refund, I was okay with the last minute cancellation. Unfortunately, they didn't do what they said and never refunded the money. After a couple more reminder texts, which were ignored, I had to initiate a charge back with the credit card. Very bad customer service, very bad communication, very bad. business.

I did a rapid antigen test in order to return to Canada and was promised results within an hour. I never got an email with my results, and they didn't answer their phones that evening either when I tried to contact them about it. I was able to get in touch the next day and asked for a refund since I never got my results in time. They said they put the refund request in and I should get it within 5-10 business days. It's been over a month now and I still haven't gotten a refund despite calling to follow up on it 3 times since then. Every time I'm just told that they'll send a note to their accounting team to process my refund, but nothing ever ends up happening. Extremely frustrating process overall and a waste of money, would not recommend this place to anyone.
