Very helpful staff. I needed an International Driving Permit, and they were able to provide me with one within a 10 minute visit. I did bring my own passport photos, so the fee was less. The entrance to the parking lot is right off an offramp from Magnolia, so be mindful before you switch lanes to turn in.

I've been a lifetime member since I was 18 (12 years total). As the owner of an older vehicle, I rely on AAA to provide me with the security that comes with retainer-based towing, battery, and emergency services. Last month I purchased a battery from AAA. Not only was it competitively priced and installed wherever my car happened to be, it also came with a 3 year, 6 year-prorated warranty. Prior to purchasing, I read many reviews comparing AAA's battery service with that of Cosco, Orielly, Autozone, and elsewhere. The warranty and delivery are what sealed the deal for me. Cut to a month later: I'm at work, my car doesn't start. Surely it's not the battery, as that's brand new. Knowing it was likely another electrical issue, I have the vehicle towed to my mechanic using my AAA service. Great driver, reasonable wait time, everything you would expect from AAA. A couple of hours later my mechanic (who I trust whole-heatedly) calls me to tell me my battery is shot. "I put it on the charger for three hours," he says. "The thing charges up fine, but the moment I take it off--the amps drop without warning. You'll need to have it replaced." "No problem," I say. I just got a new one and it's still under warranty." I end up calling AAA the next day and they meet me at the car. After testing the battery and seeing that it failed, the driver (under the direction of the regional office/dispatcher)tells me I have two options: they can take my battery and charge it at their main office, leaving me without a car, stranded at work, for an indiscriminate period of time. Or, I can buy a new one. What a deal! Obviously I wasn't going to leave my dead car at work, or buy a new battery from the same company who had sold me a faulty one just a month prior. So after nearly an hour of going back and forth with the driver, his dispatcher, and an unknown supervisor, the driver eventually got fed up and replaced my battery with a new one. This is not how warranty programs should work, nor is it commiserate with AAA's competitors. My suggestion: buy somewhere else and get the service that's advertised. There is enough stress in the world, I don't need more when my car won't start.

Idiots and BS. My family owned this one specific car for over 5 years. I even had triple aaa give me a tow from northgate mall to my home of 2 miles away a few years back. I drove sometimes drove it to work recently. But then an unauthorized person had the car towed away from an apartment complex. More BS with the tow truck company. I eventually just bought my own car from the auto auction. Then a triple aaa tow truck associate didn't want to tow me because I had a flat tire on the front wheel and didn't want to use the dolleys and told triple aaa that I bought the car damaged from an auction.
