Great experience! Mike will definitely be ver vocal about how bad your car is but it comes from a good place. Just have to have thick skin lol. Mike is a true professional and will advise exactly what needs to be done. He took care of my car like to was his own and the outcome was unmatched! I talked to a few people before committing to Mike and after I understand why he only has 5 stars. He send pics throughout the process and keeps you on the know. I took my badly neglected 2019 Ram 1500 truck to Day Off Detailing and could not be happier. My paint was pretty damaged due to sprinkler water constantly spraying on it. I also rarely washed my truck; when I did, I used a brush which caused a lot of swirl marks on the paint. It had gotten to the point that it looked dull and dirty even after washing. Lucky for me, my sister recommended I take my truck to Mike for detailing. After speaking to him on the phone, I knew he was very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He performed a paint correction on my car, and now I feel as if I have a brand new truck. If you want to give your vehicle some love, look no further; Day off Detailing is where you need to go.

Mike is the best in the business, no doubt. He is extremely knowledgeable in detailing and finishing and is not just trying to sell you products or up-sell you on services. I've never seen someone spend time on educating the customer on after-care like Mike does, which adds so much value. He is truly a car guy and wants to see your car in its best shape. I won't let any other detailer touch my car after working with Mike. Also, communication is great. He sent pictures of the progress throughout the day and sent before/after picture on the spots he had to touch up most.
