I have had an account here for several years only because my car note was transferred (without my knowledge or consent) to this credit union. It has been an utter nightmare ever since. I've been charged fees for things that I was not at fault for. But now, I have no access to my account or money at all as my account went dormant and they froze it immediately without warning! I have, over the past month, filled out their requested form twice with no further response. I have called numerous times and been given the run around. I absolutely do NOT recommend WEFF for anyone's banking needs.

Probably the worst financial company I've ever worked with. Frequently don't answer the phone, can't wire transfer money properly, and if you schedule a payment, it won't arrive until 2 days following your scheduled request transfer date...if you're lucky. They will then charge you a couple of dollars for random fees, which makes it impossible for scheduled payments to go through properly, again 2 days later than you needed them to. If you're only transferring in the money you need because you have a different institution for all your other banking, this will create problems with lack of sufficient funds when exact amounts are transferred because of the random taxes they apply to the account. Customer service is friendly, but useless because they are hamstrung by ridiculous and horrible business rules by the institution. I wouldn't trust them with any of my money and will be glad to be rid of them when I get an actual credible financial institution to take over the car payment next month. The fact that they are still in business is absolutely astounding to me.
