“Thank you and have a nice day”, that was the response I received from the owner after I complained about his outrageous prices. I don’t know how a company like this stays in business. Avoid this place. The funny thing is that I have been sick for about 7 months and have bought about $1,000 worth of medical supplies and who knows how many thousand dollars more I will need in the future. After I left, I went on Amazon and purchased the same identical product he showed me for a third of the price.

As usual...Lake surgical comes through for me! Always knowledgeable and helpful. As a nurse in the community I often need supplies for my patients. They are always available to assist me with a smile.

Would give a (0) if possible. Horrible experience. Was sold an automatic BP monitor with a cost of $100.00 on 8/28/21. Stopped working after a few months. Spoke to the store owner Carmen and was told to come in and he would switch it out with another machine.Returned on 12/18/21 and was now told by Carmen that the pump on the monitor had gone bad and there was nothing he could do.Made no attempt to exchange the monitor or refund our money. He admitted the item had a manufacturer date of 2009 and most likely sat on the shelf for many years before we unfortunately were the ones to buy it. We were given an 800 number and told to call them and see what they could do for us. Extremely poor customer service. Would never recommend Lakeside Surgical to anyone nor would I ever return.
