Every time I've had to deal with citizens its been great! From my car insurance to my home owers insurance. When I hit a deer they took care of my rental car. The cutomer service has alway been top of their game.

The worst auto insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. I was hit by a drunk driver 15 days ago and no word on the status of my car. The adjuster NEVER answers and her voicemail has been full since I filed my claim. No one ever asked if I was okay and when I filed the claim the person I spoke with yawned repeatedly during the interview about my accident. Basic decency wasn’t shown. What a complete wash.
