I applied in May and didn’t receive an appointment until August. When I got to the appointment of course they didn’t have any units to show. Since my approval I’ve been trying to reach someone in the office with no return call. I’m reading these reviews and every response they put states call the office number in which no one ever answers. Extremely frustrating process before even moving in. Months later I’m still not moved in smh office staff has changed since I applied. After I was approved they kept asking for documentation as if I still had to prove myself.

Service, maintenance, and communication is terrible. They never answer phone, when you use their website to put in service orders they cancel em without notice or they mark it complete after not doing anything.

The company I work for (Air Comfort Pro) just recently installed 80 mini split units in this complex as part of a Dte project. They are air and heat ductless units(not only air units) in over half of the apartments.
