Working in property management in luxury styled communities for 6+ years I expected more. Upon move in the unit was filthy (pictures were taken and sent to management) shower doors were rusted and caked with debris of some sort, bathroom floor tiles were loose, the unit dryer didn't work which was discovered after washing a load of clothes. I reported the details to the office and management company. Several days letter I was greeted by an unpleasant maintenance tech who was apparently either unhappy to be working or unhappy about my list of complaints. He said he would being a new dryer the following Monday so I had two more days to wait for a dryer. Monday came and went and a whole week passed no call, no email no dryer. I ultimately had to pack my clothes and my daughter's clothes and carry a few loads of laundry up and down stairs to a laundromat while already being high risk during my preganancy. Almost another week later I finally get a dryer and no follow up. Unacceptable

RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! So many negative reviews. This complex is filled with rude employees who are extremely lazy at their job. Lazy is putting it nicely. It takes weeks for a work order to be completed. I tried using one of their treadmills the other day and it’s broken. One of the guests told me that it’s been broken for months! It’s not hard to complete a work order or fix a treadmill. I pay a lot of money for a 1 bedroom apartment and I get treated poorly. This place must change asap.

This place used to be nice. What happened? It has gone downhill for sure. The people who work at the leasing office have to be the most unmotivated individuals who ever lived. They certainly don’t wanna work and do their job. I be embarrassed if I was the owner. It’s definitely a dog and pony show. The workout facility is a disaster. The Machines are always down and their treadmills have been broken since February! Teenage kids are always disturbing the peace and tearing up the workout facility even though they are too young to be in there! STAY AWAY! The pool area and workout facility are not safe anymore.

No utilities included! However, they are very good and fairly prompt about fixing problems. Everything is done electronically now....work orders, etc.
