I have lived here for now almost 18 months. It’s an OK community. Not too much noise and the units are sub par at best. Since my time here, my basement has only flooded maybe 4 or 5 times so not too bad in that category I suppose. The renovation crew they use seems to have Stevie wonder employed as they did a 3/10 job remodeling the unit we rented. Our bathtub has some glaze on it that is now peeling off around the entire perimeter of the tub that is allowed water underneath it. Our dish washer didn’t work upon arrival because of poor installation. Our washing machine needed replaced less than a few months after moving in. The water line to the sink was hooked up backward so our dirty sink water was being pumped into our dish washer leaving our dishes always dirty when using the dish washer. The dryer vent was clogged causing the dryer to not function correctly. Basically every aspect of my unit was messed up in some way. On a positive note they do have amazing drainage in all areas of the community and the sidewalks are usually only flooded for 80% of the month. This leaves you with the only option of walking through the muddy flooded grass every single day as the only way the water dissipates is by evaporation. They have crews that came in to do water pipeline work that left foot deep holes unfilled for small children or pets to fall into. The floors in every inch of our unit creek and bend leaving you feeling un-easy about ever falling to the story beneath you at any point. Within one week of living here a stair on our staircase broke so if you step on that stair it feels like you will go through the carpet and I’ve never been able to get it replaced after almost 18 months. Multiple spots needed re-painting of our unit upon arrival as well as doors needing fixed, nails sticking out walls and railings, broken stair well railings etc etc. There also seems to be no rules regarding parked cars in the parking lot because at any moment in time I can count 10 vehicles that haven’t so much as moved in months but yet they hog all of the good available parking spaces. the list goes on for days and after all of this being experienced we had our rent raised almost $100 to now over 1100 a month. Overall a 10/10 experience in my book. If you want to regret your decision every single day then move to meadowood townhomes!!!

I rented a one bedroom townhome as my first place on my own (2020-2021) and had an overall great experience. Considering it's one of the most affordable communities in Canton, I was very impressed with how reliable my place was -- all appliances worked well, walls were well-insulated, and I felt safe (as a young female living alone). I even worked remotely at that point so I was home basically all day every day. Called maintenance once when my heater stopped working and they were there within 30 min to fix it, and never had any issues with it again. Leasing office staff were extremely nice. Neighbors were very friendly.

I lived here for 2 years and it was an acceptable experience. You get what you pay for, and at the time it was significantly cheaper than surrounding apartments. Maintenance was polite, and attempted to be helpful but did not always resolve the issues, I've had better and worse. What you see is generally what you get, I toured the apartment I ended up renting and only moved to pursue a new job. Positives: * Price Negatives: * Delays in maintenance (Mostly during Covid)

Went and took a tour, decided to fill out an app online shortly thereafter, paid $50 and never heard anything back. After a month we just decided to renew where we are at. If people are expected to pay an application fee the communication could be a lot better whether approved or not!
