This place is the worst....

I was interested in moving here for a while. Seemed like I was always locked in a lease somewhere each time I would call and ask questions about what I would need to gather document and financial wise to move here. I decided during the most difficult of times during the pandemic to try to get in here. I know crazy right? Nope! I inquired again and left lots of messages and did a lot of paperwork and call backs but everyone I connected with and dealt with were so nice, helpful , courteous and professional! We are now finally here moved in and yes sadly pandemic is still ongoing but we are so thankful for all the staffs assistance and now we finally have a place we are proud to call “HOME”. The renovations and cleanliness of building and friendliness of staff and other tenants are exceptional! We Absolutely Love It Here 💙

Awful place to live. Bedbugs and roaches are everywhere. On the elevators, in the units, walls, etc. Management is aware. When they can no longer treat your unit because the infestation is so bad they evict you. My mother in law lives there and every night she is bitten by bed bugs. Unsafe environment for seniors. Contacting HUD as I type.

Elevators never work. My deceased moms bed $3000.00 stolen because the freight elevator never worked. Utilities are cut off several times a month. Door system doesn’t work. Entrance door has to be forcibly pulled open. Can’t buzz nobody in because that system is also broke. Water damage from roof brought bugs into my apt. Furnishings and equipment damaged during forced relocation due to shoddy workmanship. I could go on and on.
