The aides and LPNs are very nice, but finding an RN is unlikely. Good luck if you need help going to the bathroom. We pushed the button for help and the aide said he was busy helping feed someone and my family member would have to wait. UNACCEPTABLE!! You are going to expect an elderly person to hold it in and wait while someone else finishes eating??? Cold food served late every day, regardless of the meal. Rehab seems good so far. I would not suggest leaving a family member here alone without checking on them.

During a very difficult period with all the challenges of a pandemic, we are very pleased with how the facility has established solid covid safety measures and protocols. Of course, during challenging times, everything is more difficult, which means touch points are even more critical. Samar Malouf truly understands that and has responded to inquiries and concerns with care and attention, and has helped make a challenging time that much more navigable for our family. Thank you Samar!
