My relative has lived there for 4 years. What a wonderful place for her. Malory is the best, always giving good explanations/answers to our questions. Latresa amazes me with all her great activities for the residents. The special occasion parties are exceptional and well organized. I’ve had an opportunity to see many of the entertainers and the variety allows everyone to hear differences in music and performers. I feel fortunate that we picked this AH for our loved one.

My husband is living in this American House (AH). The staff of AH is phenomenal. There are members of the ACE (aides) staff who put in so many hours I cannot understand how they stay erect. I think one of the things that makes this AH so amazing is the creativity of Latricia, who is the AH person that arranges entertainment. Not only does she manage to find exciting new themes, but her decorations and novelty items for the residents are just overwhelming. Kudos!

I have been to many senior communities throughout the area and this is one of the best run I have visited. The staff is very invested in the experience of the residents and very attentive to their needs. Activities are a celebration with a theme, décor, and food/refreshments. You can tell the activities director, Latresa, genuinely cares for the residents. She is very involved and always present. Everyone, from residents to staff, has had a smile on their face when I have visited. I would definitely recommend this location. Your loved ones are in good hands.

American House West bloomfield is a very welcoming facility. My sister has lived at AH West Bloomfield for over 3 years now. As her caregiver I seriously could not have chosen a better place for her to live. The management and staff are exceptional and go above and beyond to make sure my sister is well taken care of and loved. The activities provided and arranged for by the Activities Director are exceptional. The theme parties are always fun and filled with treats and live music. The singers and performers are always entertaining and offer a little something for everyone. I would seriously consider American House for anybody looking for a safe place that their loved one would feel welcome in.
