I think for the most part the staff is great , food good but the manager Heather lies and treat her staff with no respect ! She yells at them in the dining area and is not a good team member she is what appears to be a controlling woman that has no respect for her position! Demeaning she is !

I’ve Been a resident here at All Seasons for almost 3 years and I love it. My apartment is beautiful and my view is the courtyard. Couldn’t ask for a better view. I love the staff here and especially Cindy who I consider my friend. This is an amazing community with very talented entertainers. Molly does a great job at getting great entertainment here. I was coming out of the plaza on fourteen mile and orchard lol rd.,I was hit from behind by a bus with the name All Seasons of West Bloomfield.So I pulled back to parking lot so the person who hit me would pull in and at least ask if I was ok.Nope.The bus sped off so I went after it and got the license plate number. I than called the place to give them the information,and they said they would address it and call me back.That was an hour ago. I have a sore neck from getting hit from behind and my back hurts. I am actually a caregiver and I would NEVER let my family member go to such an uncaring place.
