The worst service by far! Every single time I come here I regret it. Bad customer service-accepted my return package without taping it and throwing it on the floor even after I asked. Very rude service, not efficient, long wait times, the delivery service Is absolutely awful. This location has been consistently getting it wrong for years, I can’t think of one good experience I’ve had with them.

Oct 2022: I am thankful for the West Bloomfield USPS Main Office. They have helped me with my exercise program. I have added walking to other resident's homes to re-deliver improperly delivered mail. This week I have had the chance to walk to eight different houses in my subdivision (the peak was 4 pieces of mail mis-delivered in one day!). I may not be as happy about this during the snowy winter. I will then change to writing "Please deliver to correct address" in red ink on the envelope and dropping it off at a drop box. Will continue to use the Union Lake and Keego Offices preferentially as they have pleasant counter help. Also, the USPS gets paid to distribute advertising mailers to each residence. My carrier has found an elegant solution to this "extra work" - stuff 25-30 of the same advertising mailers in my box. Easy-peasy - all the advertising mailers are delivered. I feel good about it because I can at least put them in the recycling bin! Two years ago: Should be 0/5. I don't know why I ever go to this branch. I handed a package to my local carrier when he was delivering, and 5 DAYS LATER it still hadn't been scanned in. I tried calling the post office and nobody ever answered. I went and stood in line and inquired at the desk. What an attitude! She took my tracking info and ambled to the back and returned 5 minutes later stating "he isn't here today, try back tomorrow". I told her that was unacceptable and asked for her supervisor. Another 10 minute amble to the back. Supervisor stated she "would investigate and call me back." Never called. Two days later the tracking number shows up as being scanned and being shipped. Additionally, I have to re-deliver mail that gets delivered to my house that isn't mine. I will never go to the West Bloomfield main post office again. The Union Lake branch is a little bit further away, but all the staff there at least act pleasant. I don't know what is so "stressful" about working the counter at a Post Office, but pretty much all of the counter staff at West Bloomfield Main Post Office seemed to be "burned out."

The worst postal service I’ve ever gotten. Delivery is awful. Trying to get anything accomplished in person is worse. They lose mail, don’t deliver it to the right box despite it being clearly marked, it’s always damaged. The workers have the worst attitude despite how nice you are; when they lose packages there is no concern or care. Overall one of the worst cities/postal services for mail in Metro Detroit.

Hi Ms Najor, I am in Roscommon on vacation, will be back next Tuesday. My best guess is (along with the fact that there isn't enough help) the weather and people are sick. I did forward this to my super.

Yes.

this has happened to me twice.Get no where with post office.Never answer phone and some days never deliver mail down our street.
If you mean USPS, then yes. If you mean UPS, then you need to go to a UPS store. There's one located across Orchard Lake Road, in the mall just to the North. It is past Huntington Bank. And it will be before the Olga's. I hope this helps you, Carole.
I agree with adam, contact the sender.if it's not registered, certified, Express etc. theirs no way track it. Have sender secure it . Sometimes they send large envelopes without tape or making sure it wont come open, and they also use cheap address sticker labels which come off during machine processing.
It's possible that you may have to pick up the mail, as the amount you received over the course of time was too large to place in your mailbox all at once. I would wait until today's mail arrives and then make your decision based on what happens.
West Bloomfield mail is terrible so add like a week too that.
I would have to say, it is possible that you didn't get any mail on either of those days. Unless they were postal holidays, they deliver on Saturdays and Mondays, contrary to what others may have written in their answer.
