Horrible experience! Staff is very rude!!!! Will never go again! My friends came today, bring the coffee and staff said they can’t drink coffee here. My friends asked if they have coffee inside in their place, they said no! After that without warning called the police🤷🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ Always recommended this place to friends, but now I will NEVER recommend it! Such angry and rude staff cannot work in a children's playground. It's no wonder why there are never people there! Don't go there and don’t pay $18 to bad people! 0 stars!

Ripoffs it was supposed to been 1 kid two free adults they overcharged us 400 something dollars. Then didn't want to buy another pizza after extra ppl came and we paid extra money. Didn't engage in no activities with us. Party host was very rude. They didn't provide us with their gift bags because I brought my own even though we paid for a party. I didn't even know we were supposed to receive bags. Party host literally didn't do nothing but bring pizza and drinks. We didn't have dance with dinosaur even while he was there.

They enforce the mask more on weekends when the security guard is there. I have never seen it over packed - the Mart gets a lot of visitors - but i don't know how they sanitize the play equipment. My son is 5 and touches EVERYTHING, we've been there 6 or so times in the past two months and he's never caught a thing.

Okay you may have to call them they may give you a package deal not sure but it's 15.00 per child with an adult. And they don't allow food to be brought in. So call maybe they will allow a group to bring food. Good luck.
Yes if you book a party package. If you going there just for your family no food. You have to eat before or after. Just candy and chips they sell.
No age or height ..they even got an area for toddlers.
Yes it is and they have an area for kids in diapers too! My grandson is 3 he played on everything but climbing rope. Could get that cild out if there!
