Ordered items online for store pickup. Items were ready on time, but only two of the four items were in the bag. They said that the other items weren't available. I really needed one of the items that they said was out of stock, so I went to find a substitute. I actually found the other item that they said was out of stock. Hmmmm, not such good customer service, but the staff members in store were friendly, so I still gave them four stars.

Very clean and organized! Shelves are very full of multiple versions of any item you could need. Very friendly staff. Good to just walk and browse. Brainstorm and find house innovation!

I'm so disappointed that the Oxnard facility was closed. The first order of curtains were an inch in difference for the length, so I returned them. Placed an online order while in the Ventura store requested 108 inches, the woman was so busy trying to multitask she ordered 84 inch curtains and of course that is not on the printed receipt from the store, the customer is surprised during once the item is delivered. Two or fiascos of bed bath and beyond shipping replacement curtains in the wrong color and damaged. I finally have curtains in my home after a month of incidents.
