Good place for starter home. Good schools .The Association is far and beyond top notch. Phil and his crew run a tight ship. Your assessments are definitely not wasted Lots of trees .Safe area. Newer townhome associations don't even come close.

Love it here. Moved in a year ago and have had a great experience. The diversity at Brandywine is unrivaled and neighbors are kind and thoughtful. Close proximity to absolutely everything but quiet and clean compared to my previous home in the city. My home is smaller than I was used to, but highly efficient and space is maximized. It was the perfect solution for me as I was looking to downsize and to be more cognizant of my footprint. Hoping that recycling is made more convenient at some point, but other than that I have zero complaints. Thanks to the association for all you do.

It's not bad, a bit pricey but the places are nice
The association fee is supposedly based on the size of your home. My mom and sil live there and pay slightly different fees, but they are well over 200 dollars.
They don't let you wash here.
