I couldn’t actually get any parts due to some Mis-fortune, but I still wanted to write a review for excellent customer service. My husband was looking for a very specific vent window and they had one available. We confirmed it was in good condition, they took my payment and shipping info and it seemed all squared away. Before shipping it, they took photos and sent them to us because they noticed the window had been manipulated slightly. (Missing a tiny latch) Any other company would have just sent them. They had even charged my card. After looking at the pictures we decided to cancel and they refunded me without further issue. No hassle, straight to the point and I appreciate the extra care to detail.

Drove for 22 minutes, waited for 20 minutes to get the part. Brought the part, totally different. Now they will exchange it, a $40 part but my commute time is about 45 minutes... . They don't care

They definitely have it but you can get it cheaper by pulling it yourself at pick and pull or submitting a request on row 52 with the amount your willing to pay and someone on their will pull it for you including me

Of course, if this business is very recommendable, speak Spanish and inges very attentive and good assortment and variety in everything, especially Honda and Toyota etc.
