called and asked a simple question. spoke to a rep who was super rude and basically told me to shut up. What kind of people work at this community?

Harvest Bend HOA is a joke. I called to ask questions, and Mary had a sarcastic tone and her professionalism was very poor. We pay and work hard to keep our community running smoothly for such unprofessional people to be rude when you call to ask simple questions.

Pool closed right after labor day. Welcome to the neighborhood.

Who do we report a homeowner to that will not repair a water leak that is between the water meter and his house? The house at 10819 Golden Grain Drive has a water leak for more than 6 weeks, causing danger on the sidewalk.
