UPDATE: 7/16/22 Definitely don't rent from PSDM management. This place runs these locations - The Landing at Angle Lake, Whispering Brook Condominiums, Springbrook Condominiums, and Village at The Pointe!!! This place is awful. Management is the definition of absentee landlord. No move in report was provided at all. No gate opener (they told me it was being ordered that was 8 months ago) Pool keys don't work - I reported it via a work order -they closed the work order but didn't give new keys. My ice maker and water dispenser don't work - they closed those orders without fixing them. They posted their "thank you for your concerns reply" on the day they closed my work orders without addressing them. They don't answer their phones or return messages. DO NOT RENT HERE! Original Entry!! Definitely consider your options before renting here! The unit I rented was vacant for over a month before I moved in, and yet several things weren't fixed or done before I moved. The main office staff are poor at follow through and communication. There's mold issues in the master bath and the office is ignoring maintenance orders to get it resolved. Toilets run randomly. And when your dishwasher breaks, the office makes excuses why they can't order parts - even though they are available and dozens of retailers online. I was looking forward to living here, the setup of the apartment is nice. But for the price and the way the management runs things - I would consider other options before hand. I've lived here for over a month and reported all these concerns the first week I moved it and they still aren't fixed. Definitely not worth $2000 a month for rent.

1. Someone in the HOA or management decided it was a good idea to be spiteful and place large rocks in the entrance some time ago. As a result, people avoid hitting the rocks and instead hit the gate entry box. Now we don't have a secured entrance. 2.HOA didn't learn from the previous issues with our community fence and replaced it with a new garbage fence that is already falling apart. 3. We do not have enough visitor parking! Remove the "dog toilette" and put in some parking. Can't enjoy the park anyway with the screaming lady in 18A. EVICT HER! 4. There are community members who stop and ask you where you live leaving you and your guest feeling profiled. 5. The units are really cramped and not worth the price. You can get better amenities and management for the same price elsewhere.

I have lived here for a few years now and it’s the absolute WORST place to live if you ever have a plumbing or heating issue and expect it to be resolved. Had water gushing out of my kitchen sink, no answer from the office or emergency maintenance line for 4 DAYS! I’m only continuing to live here because there is nowhere else to live in this city. DO NOT MOVE HERE. You’ll regret it.

DO NOT RENT HERE, or from any of the 55 properties that the parent company, Pacifica SD Management owns. The company has a pattern of not fully refunding security deposits. I am a model tenant - seriously - and I still didn't receive much of my security deposit back. I rented a condominium at Village at the Pointe for 2.5 years and when I moved out I left the place in immaculate condition with only normal wear and tear of small spackled holes in the walls. The manager did the required Move Out walk through and checked off "good" on every item. Imagine my surprise when I received the Move Out Statement with a list of charges and saying my refund would be $100 of the $650 deposit! When I disputed the charges with the manager (it took her 3 weeks to reply, which is another issues with management here - very unresponsive) she said they had to do "certified Covid 19 cleaning" and she didn't even bother to respond to my question about charging me for painting. Needless to say these charges are not in my lease. Cleaning and painting are standard expenses for landlords; not the responsibility of the vacating tenant.
