Booked the Eight Maker tasting- it was worth every dollar. After several wineries in Napa & Pasa Robles, this is one of my top favs. Gisele was very informative & the wines were top notch. Bought a few bottles & will be back.

booked a tasting here on the porch mostly for the name. Our host was nice and we ordered a cheese board with the tasting. honestly that was the best part. They didn't let you go around at all in the house and we walked around the grounds a little. I didn't really like any of the wine I tasted. It was like $20-$25 wine and priced at like $150. crazy sorry. We had much better experience at other smaller wineries.

This a great Winery stop for someone's first time in Napa Valley. You can choose to do a self-guided tour and scan QR codes along the way to learn more about their history and get glass of wine with it.

Enjoyed a tasting in the Rhine House Salon - what a beautiful house. I could have spent the afternoon exploring this house. Jose was a great host and we opted for a nice bottle to take home and enjoy over the holidays with family. It was a rainy Monday afternoon so we had the grounds to ourselves. We explored the caves and really enjoyed taking our time and appreciated the holiday decorations throughout- very cool.

Hi Winnie! Thanks for reaching out. We have two options for you to lunch at the site - as a club member, you can bring lunch here and enjoy outside near the Old Winery. The second option is to join our Library Lunch at the Hudson experience for a seated lunch. We have a link to this event on the website. Finally - we have cheeses and some food items in the Old Winery for purchase that day. Light selections for an accompaniment to your glass of wine. Hope to see you soon! Naseem & Team

Hi Bill, I don't believe Beringer has a Chenin Blanc these days, but they do have a lovely "meritage" that is a sauvignon blanc/semillion blend.

We recommend the Stroll Around Beringer experience, available on Saturdays and Sundays - this is also available for under 21s to enjoy. It starts at $30/person (excluding wine) We currently do not have a picnic area where guests can bring outside food to enjoy. Yes, we love dogs and they are very welcome on the site on a leash. They are not allowed inside the tasting room areas unless they are a service dog. Thanks

Hello Dorothy, Yes - it's a sweet wine and will need to be chilled before consuming. Think about sweeter wines like soda - if it's cool it's palatable and balanced, if not it's overly sweet and cloying. Hope this helps! Naseem
Sorry I don't know but it sounds like a good bottle of wine to me
Some are only available in select markets. Download the app Vinio to search for retailers in your area.
Yes you can just buy wine and when I went they did have picnic tables but I would call to see if they can be reserved
Hello Penni. Unfortunately, Beringer does not have an ordained officiant on staff. However, if you reach out to the events team tomorrow morning I'm sure they'd be more than happy to point you in the right direction!
According to one report, their wineries were 90% harvested before the ongoing fires.
Next time save the opened content and take both back with your receipt. If the grapes were harvested in California during or after the fire I don't know what can happen to the grapes. However, the ash from the fires are actually fertilizer (potash) and good for plants. Also, there is a possibility that the wine was mislabled.
