After speaking with another place that does cool sculpting, I was extremely interested but wasn’t sold due to their prices and options for financing/payments. I got to have a consultation with Amanda and she was beyond helpful and extremely friendly. I am so excited for my first session! Only bummer is having to wait 2 months to get my first session in. I would LOVE to get started ASAP.

I started coming to Ideal Image in Tacoma in 2021, and have had nothing but positive experiences each time I come in. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. The nurses are very professional and make me feel very comfortable. I enjoy coming to my appts! I get laser hair removal, and have had wonderful results! I am about halfway through my treatments, and I am so glad I decided to get it done here.

I went in for an appt for a single area recently and Remy was my nurse. She completed my treatment but when she realized she had extra time and that I was waiting quite a while for other appointments, she treated other areas and helped me get things scheduled more conveniently for future treatments. She was absolutely wonderful at keeping me as relaxed as possible when some of the areas were more sensitive. Thanks so much Remy!

I am so grateful for the Ideal Image team! There were some issues with scheduling my initial appointment due to staffing shortages, but they worked hard to get me in there as soon as possible and were very helpful with the process. Remedio was the best and I hope to continue the whole process with her because of how great she was with customer service! I had come in and gotten completely ready to begin hair removal, but because they didn't have an LPN in the building (or some similar role), they couldn't go through with it just to be safe and legal. I was totally understanding and didn't mind having to reschedule, but Remy actually bought me a coffee to make up for it! Talk about personal. Later they had to call me and reschedule again, but Remy was super intentional and flexible with getting me on the schedule ASAP! She is also very quick and great at what she does. I was initially hesitant about getting laser hair removal, but now that I have begun the process I would never go back. Thank you so much, Ideal Image Tacoma!
