*updated I was homeless for a few months and tried turning to them for help..Been waiting since August 2021 to hear from them to get help matching me up with a shared home and never got a phone call. I had to keep calling and got the same response "nothing this week, call back next week." Week after week and 6 months later, still not even a peep from them. If this was free, I wouldn't even bother writing this review as you get what you pay for. But since I paid, and got ZERO help or even advice helping me find a home, I feel like I need to express my personal experience to maybe save a few from wasting their time and money. They're sitting on money I gave them in return for services and got no services. What a way for an organization to help ppl in need..Thankfully I did find a place.. All on my own, my time, and energy to find a place. I can't speak for all, as I'm sure many have benefited from them but I'm not one of them.

worst housing service period they don't do proper back round checks yet they take your money with no promises of getting a room they are lazy rude and unprofessional I lived in one of there homes and was attacked by one of the roommates with my back turned and they pulled and illegal firearm the roommate that had the gun wasn't legal to have it at all let alone in a shared housing service home I tried to solve this problem with the landlord and shs they won't get back to you and offer only excuses and lies taking advantage of poor and sick people just for a pay check its evil I will also be submitting and contacting there financial backers this needs to be investigated and I will

I didn't get a chance to use service but I believe it would have been great, I found a moblie home and bought while wait for background check that came through fine yes give it a try must better then scam list.
