Unknown to us was that this extended stay was serving as a displaced nursing home. This caused many issues that affected the rating of the hotel negatively.

I chose this property based on the reviews! I’m so happy I did! This property was great! The front desk staff was explaining breakfast times and I mentioned I will be on the road before then. She promised to have fresh coffee waiting, and there was! Didn’t spend a lot of time here, long enough to sleep, shower and get on the road. The property was very clean, room and bed were cozy. Even though it was sold out, the room was very quite which is what I needed facing a 10 hour drive. I will stay here again! Looking forward to my next IHG property stay in July for a friend’s birthday getaway to Boston!!

This place was a real life saver in the middle of a blizzard! On top of that it was incredibly clean, the staff was very friendly, and they gave us free dinner! They have free breakfast too, I've had that before at a hotel/motel but I've never encountered free dinner. They have a small shop where I was able to purchase a charging cable, and their toiletries smelled great.

I stumbled onto this property last year and it was such a great surprise! I went back there right after Thanksgiving this year. I was so happy I did so! As always, the moment I walked in there, I could tell this property is well managed.  - The atmosphere was welcoming, staff members there all were friendly and ready to help. - Public areas and the rooms were neat and clean; the suite was spacious, quiet. Love it! - During this stay, I needed some changes for the maid and breakfast staff and bumped into Michelle; she was so willing to help and so helpful I was very impressed. Afterwards, I found out that she is the manager there:)! The stuff was great, but I do believe her leadership made a big difference. My experience at the Liverpool, NY location prompted me to search for other Staybridge hotels when I travel. All in all, the Liverpool Staybridge is a great place to stay overnight or for a week. BTW, Onondaga Lake Park is just a few minutes away from the hotel, a good place for a walk or quick break.
