This place was great till everyone quit! If you go while this paul charector is working don't expect anything to be right at all!! He's very rude! Slow! And can't remember jack! Even tho I live 2sec away and there every day. Jasmine is great! And the manager randy is great but I can't speak for anyone else. Update: staff it getting better, product is getting better and most of the employees are really nice. Only 2 I see just needs to know this is their job and it's what you do, if you don't like working there then find a job that suits your mindset..! ALSO SINCE WHEN DOES THIS DISCRIMINATE AGAINST PPL WHO HAVE EARING??

Use to be my favorite dunkin for drinks. Just wasted 8 dollars for the last time here. Not only was I given complete attitude from the beginning but not once but twice could she not make my drinks right. Barely any ice in my iced coffees and tasted like they had no flavor. Done going here, they've gone down hill.

My Husband and I just stopped into the best Dunkin in Liverpool. We ordered quite a bit...lg hot latte, 2 lg iced coffees, med hot coffee and 2 bacon egg and cheese sandwiches. Well, Jasmine was smiling, professional and FAST! And I want to add that the product is always fresh, hot and perfectly executed. Do yourself a favor...it’s worth the drive from anywhere in Onondaga County!!! Best of the best! Thank you Jasmine!!
