Ordered to go, got home and was missing my meal. I called and after talking to two people who clearly don't know what they're doing I was passed along to the manager. She offered to make a new meal, I declined as I was home ready. She processed a refund very quickly. Was so disappointed as it was my anniversary and birthday dinner ):

We had a great time. Our server was a young lady named Jess who was so genuine and nice. She made us feel very comfortable and helped make the evening perfect. The food was perfect and it was made even better with the service we received. I hope she is appreciated. As we will come back because of her.

We had went there for my sons 29th birthday party. We all got there at 200pm. They gave us a table at 2:20pm. The waitress took our orders. We watched people eat their dinners and leave. Finally I spoke up because I didn’t want a scene on my sons birthday. It was 3:30pm and we still didn’t have our dinners. The manager came out said our food will be right out and we never saw him again. They sent the bartender out to wait on us. There were more waitresses I felt that was odd. 3:45pm our dinners came out. They had messed up three dinner orders. My wife’s and my bay scallops were rubbery, I had fried and she had broiled. Our coconut shrimp were dried out. The bartender said he would fix the bill. My daughter went to the bathroom the original waitress was in there crying. My wife felt sorry for her so when the bill came out she paid the full amount. This was my wife’s favorite place. Me personally i will never go there again. What an awful birthday to remember. Not even a happy birthday out of any of them.

Red Lobster is one of my favorite restaurants to go to. Their seafood is always fresh and their prices are reasonable. The restaurant is always clean and the people are friendly.
