The entire staff, Denise, Diane and Kevin were extremely friendly and helpful in straightening out our insurance issue. Special thank you to Diane who went above and beyond dealing with my insurance company. They have a wide selection of frames and their prices are reasonable. All in all a pleasant experience and will continue to go there. Highly recommend using this establishment.

I've been coming to this location for about 6 years now. Diane has been a great help to me in finding the glasses to fit my face shape and style. Appointment scheduling is fast and easy. I like that there is a paper record of your exams.

I've have very hard time getting a straight answer. I have contacted 2 different locations and cannot get a straight answer. I didn't choose to become disabled and have to use certain insurance. I feel like they should train their employees, or at least give them a way to research, get the answer.. THEN CONTACT CUSTOMER BACK! I would really like, or appreciate it if they would get an answer. My eyes are getting very bad, blurry, etc. I guess if they don't want to answer me and get my business, or that if others on same ins. They can continue to act like they don't care!
If you bought them through Americas best then you won't need to pay for them, they told me fitting is free. Also no appointment needed. Just walk in and ask to have your glasses fitted

Two+ years later, the deal is still $69 for the exam and two standard pairs of glasses (no designer frames and standard lenses without any coatings). But it's best to call ahead in case there is some other deals available.
