I've have very hard time getting a straight answer. I have contacted 2 different locations and cannot get a straight answer. I didn't choose to become disabled and have to use certain insurance. I feel like they should train their employees, or at least give them a way to research, get the answer.. THEN CONTACT CUSTOMER BACK! I would really like, or appreciate it if they would get an answer. My eyes are getting very bad, blurry, etc. I guess if they don't want to answer me and get my business, or that if others on same ins. They can continue to act like they don't care!
