Absolutely terrible service. The manager was telling the teens what to do and they clearly had no respect for him as they were talking back to him and nothing was getting accomplished. I canceled a double door dash order and had to walk out. This store definitely needs new management or better employees. It was so cringy to see how things were going so badly in there.

I had one of their freshly cooked chicken sandwich meals, it tasted like rubber it had to been cooked 8 hours ago, the kernel corn I had was so cold the butter wouldn't melt on it and the chicken was the worst chicken sandwich I've ever had in my life and I'm pretty old. And the prices are outrageously high wouldn't ever go to another Kentucky fried Chicken

We ordered the 8 piece $20 fill up bucket. We asked for original recipe. What we received was a bucket mixed with extra crispy and original. Two of the pieces of chicken were so small they basically consisted of skin and bones. Together they wouldn't be the equivalent of one piece. Our napkins were stuffed in our bag so poorly that we debated on whether or not they were used. It's like they knew our entire order was going to be disappointing so they didn't want to change course by giving us good napkins. Does that mean they should get 5 stars for consistency?
