The rooms are clean and the decor is modern. They advertise that there is a gym, which I was looking forward to use but I was told that it was under renovation at the time of my stay 07-10-22. The complimentary breakfast is a joke. It's literally just a single table with some coffee and a few pastries to grab and go. If you go late (after 8:30 am) good luck finding anything. The hallways reeked of smoke and on one night a strange man was knocking at my door. When I asked what he wanted he replied he was "looking for a room". Area is a bit unsafe in my opinion. Overall, I think you are better off spending your money elsewhere if you have the option.

We came at 7PM and we’re told that the room wasn’t ready because “he was still being cleaned”. Another patron was waiting with us and told us that he was waiting for 3 hours already to get his reservation. And their sign says check in at 3 PM and check out at 12PM and obviously you must check out on time, but they don’t care about the check in time. Besides that the entire place inside and out smells like cigarettes. Stay away from this place. We’ve made a terrible mistake and went to another hotel with 2 small children after a 12 hour flight

Rooms are atypical for NYC. Extremely small, but clean. 2 adults had 1 towel, called for more. No answer. No water in the hall fridge or lobby. Just soda. Smh. When we went to check out no one was at the front desk, several people were waiting to check out & there was no one there, nothing stating someone would be right back, so we left the key & left. Water from bathroom sink splashing everywhere, because it likely needed a new washer. Parking in the area is horrendous. I'm a native New Yorker so I know the deal but it was beyond disastrous. On top of that they need to have someone shoo away the panhandlers at the front door accosting your customers. Come on, son. Get it together. I don't recommend and I wouldn't stay there again. We were told to park at the gas station about 3 blocks down for $20, of course that was also not possible. Just don't do it to yourself. Adding an addendum; so I carelessly left my coat at this wack hotel not even 24 hours ago. I'm on hold with the front desk as o type this. I literally had to explain to the young woman who answered the phone at the front desk why isn't the coat in your lost and found if housekeeping is saying they didn't find the coat in our room? Then I have to explain to her again that as a paying customer can they just send someone to see if they find my coat. Never in my life have I had to go through so much just to find out if if something that I left there was there. Again don't do it to yourself.

Give this one a pass. Cons: No cleaning service. Had to go out to buy our own soap since there wasn't any in the room and none came upon request. Breakfast service--cereal with a jug of milk sitting out--is questionably safe. Front desk gives an aggressive spiel about late checkout fees upon check-in. Common areas smell despite the non-smoking policy. Train noise is hard to adjust to. Pros: close to the metro. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was decently sized. Towels were brought up when asked for (although ask far in advance of needing them since the wait was long).

Sorry, I'm not sure. I would guess that some of the front desk staff are multilingual.
No, but this possibility to park in front. It's free from 7pm to 7am.manan
I dont think they have a hot tub. I cant remember ever seeing a hot tub at any LQ I have stayed at.
