Positive: We were stranded overnight in NY & needed a reasonably priced hotel near the airport for a short overnight. This one suited our needs perfectly as it had a shuttle and was very close to the airport. No frills but clean. Negative: It took several calls to get someone to answer the phone for shuttle pick up.

My mom and I had to overnight because of airline delays and missed connections and this place was pretty solid. The staff was friendly, efficient and informative. They let us know about the food options that were within walking distance. The room was clean and we slept well. Would definitely recommend if you need somewhere close to the airport. They also have an airport shuttle that goes to and from LaGuardia airport and our driver was very friendly.

Front desk is very nice. Rooms are very clean and room service is timely and courteous. Would definitely recommend. The airport shuttle is very helpful and the driver is a gentleman helping me with my luggage when a wheel broke off and helped me carry them. Would stay here again when flying out of LGA. Quality compared to other hotels in the vicinity is incomparable.

My stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean and quiet and I felt safe. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The people had good attitudes and cheery dispositions. I really valued having a shuttle service to and from the airport. It would have been nice to have been able to control the temperature in my room, and I would have preferred thicker towels that weren't old and frayed.
