Worst hotel I’ve ever into.. No airport transfer.. no breakfast.. they said they are not ihg anymore.. gave me an effin card and when I tried to enter my room, someone had already occupied the room.. got a second key card, and the 2nd room was effin dirty with personal items on the bed, an indication that someone owns the room and was not around that time.. got my 3rd key card and luckily, no one entered in it..

Extremely happy with this hotel. Price is right. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Noise level is high due to LIE proximity, but it is what it is. Parking is a little scarce as the day turns to night. Remodel is nearly complete and rooms are really nice. Bed is comfortable, lighting is plentiful; there are USB outlets in addition to AC/DC. All in all, very solid.

We stayed at this hotel for one night after a late night flight. The shuttle picked us up at the airport and even though we had to wait like 30 minutes, it was worth the wait. The driver that picked us up was not as nice as the one the next morning but he was okay. We were greeted by a very nice young lady (night auditor) who checked us in, she was so nice, friendly and very helpful. She gave us information on the hotel, the area, and what to do in the city. I wish I had asked for her name. In the morning breakfast was warm, the attendant kept the area clean and was always vigilant in case we needed anything. There was a good variety of breakfast items and coffee is available 24/7. Definitely a great deal for the price. I will certainly stay here again!

Nice stay overall for one night. The staff members I interacted with were very friendly. Nice, comfortable bed and I was able to get a lot of sleep. Cleanliness overall could be improved in certain areas of the room, especially the bathroom. However, it was not a huge issue for me. I used the gym room which was small, but did the job. The shuttle to the airport was a great addition and I booked the hotel specifically for that purpose. I also appreciate that they offer a shuttle service to the mall every hour.
