If you are a light sleeper this isn't the place for you. It's right off the highway, you hear cars/trucks all night. The fridge sounded like a large loud fan evertime it kicked on, the house keep guy was at the door at 8:45 a.m. repeatedly trying to get in loudly repeating "house keeping". The room was spacious however didn't have a clean feel at all. The bathroom had hair everywhere, used toilet paper roll, fixtures are hanging on by threads in the bathtub, and toilet was dirty. First time using this chain of hotels and probably the last.

First, hotel did not have our reservation, that was made over 6 months in advance. Second, reservation was make thru parkstayfly, and” they claim “ they sent info to the hotel. 3 rd, and worse, the shuttle does not start running until 6 am. Every other hotel in area starts at either 4:30 am or 24 hour except this place. I missed this fact ( as I was told afterward) so we were forced to park st airport at s cost of $99…for 11 days. Lastly, the rooms were so noisy with trucks using their “jake brakes” at the adjacencies, you could not sleep. Stay away from this place or just plan on staying in a tent as the service was terrible and will never stay here again. 6 am??? Come on man.

The price was reasonable compared to downtown hotel prices. The pool was fun for kids and the breakfast was what you'd expect at hotels. The room was decently clean. The mini fridge was not cold at all. The TV was slow to change the channel, and TV guide was glitching making it difficult to see what was on. (but it's basic cable so you're better off using their wifi and watch your own stuff) You're right beside the highway so you will hear noise.

Very nice room. Convenient location. Airport shuttle. Front desk very nice and helpful. Provided extra blanket etc. We had to get to the airport before the breakfast opened so we were provided a grab and go. Would definitely stay here again next time we fly out of Indy!
