My experience at Heritage Hills has been a great one so far, My move in process was such an easy transition made possible by Shirley and Felicia, I was already stressed with the move and they made everything simple and worked around my schedule to make sure I was able to move in on a day that worked best for me. I have been in my apartment for 2 weeks and love everything about it. The community feels safe and is well taken care of.

Nice place to live but my downstairs neighbor always played loud music. I reported to the office a few times and nothing really changed. Also they will rip you off when it comes to your deposit! I asked to go over my charges with someone. A lady name Rachel was supposed to call me but of course she never did. I have lived in many different apartments complex and have never been cheated out of my deposit until now. I considered moving back at some point to get a bigger apartment but honestly it’s not worth it.

I was excited to move in to Heritage Hills because on paper, it has everything you could want in an apartment. Since the time I've moved in, I've experienced a constant infestation of Silverfish. Management has scheduled multiple exterminator visits and tried to put the blame on me, yet still has not communicated to other residents of a possible building infestation or made attempts to maintain the complex to resolve the root of the issue. If you enjoy spending an entire day outside your apartment while the exterminator treats your unit, only to have the same bugs crawling along walls, sinks, and in the bathroom less than one month later; then maybe Heritage Hills is a good fit for you.
