I have really enjoyed my stay here in the last 2 years! I have a view of the park and it is really perfect. Kim, the manager, really does take pride in the community. Also maintenance team responds with in 24 hours. Wish I could stay longer! Thank you for all you do.

I decided this apartment because of Shardonay. She is very formal, kind and professional. Now I've been living here several weeks. She always does her best for everything and always welcomes us with a warm smile. The apt management really does matter for life quality. Her handling of this apartment is always amazing. My husband and I recently moved to the area because he unexpectedly got a new job. In a rush to find a new apartment, Chris was incredibly kind and helpful and very good at his job! He did a wonderful job giving us tours of the apartment and complex as well as answered all of our questions. During the application process Chamaria was very quick to respond to my questions through email and help me sort out complications. Since living here, my husband and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. We have lived in many apartments over the last few years and this is our favorite so far. Our apartment was incredibly clean, and very well-kept. Neighbors have been very friendly, our apartment gets incredible light, and feels very spacious. We love the great location, just minutes from The Landing, and the large field in the back of the complex to take our dog to run. Overall, management has been very kind and we have no complaints!
