The stay was okay but moving out I did not receive an itemized list of what was deducted from my deposit. I made sure my apt was clean and took pictures only to receive a partial deposit check with no itemized deduction list included. When I brought up the concern in office the first time, Shawnece (leasing consultant) advised me that I was charged a late move out fee but I did not move out late. She then informed me that she would have Shiloh (leasing consultant) reach out to corporate about the mishap. I have been to the office again to speak with Shiloh and she advised me that she could not see anything that was charged but will have someone to send me information but I still have not received information to what was charged for the final bill. I have called their corporate office several times and left a voicemail, yet no response. This occurred in June and I am still getting the run around. According to Texas law, the tenant should receive an itemized list of the final bill within 30 days of the move out. The grace period for that is well over. The business practices here are really poor.

I am a realtor and i wouldn’t recommend this property to anymore clients. The office staff gives you the run around & all they do is lie. Broadstone across the street pays out faster and they are about their business.
