I went in expecting to replace a shower valve part that had seized up, but Mike showed me how to fix it myself. I went home and did as he explained, and ten minutes later I had a working shower again. Great service; I appreciate his patience and expertise!

I am a plumber who is there often. Yes they are open to the public. It is however geared towards professionals. I wouldnt recommend going in the morning. It's pretty packed.
Neoprene, zurn glue it to fixture if it is wall mounted 👍
