Cool store and seemingly nice boots but worst shipping experience of my life… Bought a pair of boots on Oct 2nd in store, cashier told me they offer free shipping over 2-3 business days. 11 days later on Oct 13th I called CS since I never received any tracking/shipping information. CS told me they had no tracking info on file and they would have to contact the store. After I called customer service 4 times over 3 days, it was discovered the store FINALLY shipped my boots on Oct 14. At that time we had left on a 8-day vacation so I asked to re-route the boots to our current location so I wouldn’t risk a stolen package. 6 business days later, the boots still never arrived and I had to call customer service again. I asked to cancel this order and requested a new pair to be sent from the warehouse. I’m now expecting the new boots within 3 days - a total of 21 days after my purchase. Thankfully customer service finally came through but a far cry from the expected 2-3 business days!

Spend a bit more and just get lucchese boots. Tecovas are nice because they are cheaper but that comes with a price (and your feet will pay them).

The customer service was great ! I initially bought online and went to the Austin store to exchange my wife's and my boots and belts. The young lady that helped me on Sept. 30, 2022 @ 1005, was friendly, courteous and very helpful ! Sorry I forgot her name, but it started with an M, lol . Employees like her are what customers look for, a job well done...Thank you !

All of their boots are on their website. But no I'm pretty sure they do not sell a wingtip style or anything with laces.

I'm rough as can be on these boots without tearing them up. They are very tough ostrich skin.

No sorry about that but these boots are very very well priced. Similar quality of boots cost several hundred dollars more. Worth every penny.

Howdy Garry - our instep is about average! We have designed our boots to be true to U.S. standard shoe sizes (from length to width to instep height). Hope that helps and feel free to take advantage of our free returns & exchanges!
