Always great customer service in the brick and mortar store, however, I would NOT recommend using any of their online ordering. I’ve had nothing but problems over and over with it. I did the auto ship for cat food and multiple times my order showed as “picked up” when in fact I never picked it up. I’ve had to go correct this problem with them multiple times. I’ve had to wait on refunds and I had them update my address for delivery of the food but they then delivered it to the wrong address again. I have had to ask multiple times for the refund for this incident. Just seems very disorganized

I don't eat pet food, so I can't speak to the flavor or health benefits, but I can read about them. So, everything I read about the food brands I choose makes me feel better about what I'm feeding my cat and dog. They have a wide range of supplies, they host adoption events, they care about animals, and the service is great. But the biggest reason I go here? They're local and I feel better supporting them than a big box pet food company.
