I have a narrow heel in a lace up boot it's 8d not sure what to order like the cartwright an the Earl both but hate a boot pulling my sock down any help?

Howdy David -- if you're a true 8D then we would recommend ordering an 8D in Tecovas! If you have a narrow heel, we may suggest using a heel insert or heel snug to combat heel slippage -- or going a half size down. Hope that helps!
