ONLY OPEN ONE DAY A WEEK. Always closed with some lame excuse. Just shut down this location. Even before the pandemic, workers always had an attitude and ignored you ESPECIALLY if you were returning an online order. The location is small compared to any other location is Austin and has an even more limited supply when it comes to sizes. The sign on the door says they will be resuming regular hours on 10/23. That's a lie because they're closed right now and it's 4pm. Someone is going to reply with a number asking to call the 800 numbers as if they can do anything. They cannot. They literally said theyre unable to. Just close this location all together.

Lost counts how many times this store closes during regular business hours for various reasons recently - short staffed, system issues, blah blah. In multiple occasions that I Drove there, got through the hassle of the domain traffic, parked, walked over, boom, stores closed unexpectedly. Like yesterday was Saturday and they closed at 3 pm just with a piece of paper as notice on their front door. If they have such a hard time to keep the store open maybe shouldn’t keep this location to begin with. Service you receive here is always a hit or miss, some staff are very helpful and friendly, some just have this arrogant teenager attitude for no reason
