I have one word: beware I have a Macbook Pro. I dumped a water bottle into my backpack and ruined it. The thing won't start and there is water in the screen. Luckily, I had Apple Care. Unluckily, I brought it to the Barton Creek Apple Store. The place is a hike from my house, but I show up and ask to get it fixed. The guy working is super nice, takes notes and everything. He makes notes about the thing not starting and about the water in the screen. He says it will be 2+ weeks before it can be fixed. I leave it there. Much to my surprise, I get a call less than a week later saying my laptop is ready to go. Excitedly, I jump in the car and head over. I get there. They hand me my laptop. It starts up. The screen is still full of water. They didn't fix the screen. I ask how could they have missed this. They say it wasn't in the notes (shouldn't matter, it's obvious). We open the notes, it's the first item. They say to come back and get it fixed again. I don't want to drive back out there, but agree as it's my only option. Worst part is, they wouldn't let me leave without ponying up the $300 deductible. Now, I have to go back. They say they can fix the screen on the spot, but I'm doubtful. On top of that, I have no idea how long I have before my time expires to come in. I try to call to get an answer. Nothing. You get Apple HQ when you call first and when they try to forward you to Barton Creek, the phone disconnects. It is nearly impossible to get them on the phone. Do not go.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Sat there and waited while employees talked about their new haircuts. Never going back, not purchasing an ipad and selling my airpods.

Too busy to sell someone a watch.

I had a challenging experience with getting service at this place. They were difficult to work with. Very un-like Apple. I was disappointed. Your Retail Survey has the details.

Don't know what software you're using, but if you can, open the screen and do drop and drag from "Finder." Otherwise you might just YouTube it. Sometimes, someone has done exactly what you're trying to do, and their tutorial can help you.
God
Yes.
I would take your iPhone X into the actual Apple Store and ask this question. They're really nice, and no one who would answer this for you here would be able to give you any kind of customer service - just technical advice that may or may not work.
Yes!!!
No Not needed
Try calling customer service first before going to the store. Maybe they can set up an appointment. Or try the location you purchased it from. They may have a return policy. Good luck.
No 👎
I would call and ask. They can look up you policy and give you a definitive answer
YES. THEY WILL FIX IT NO CHARGE 👍 HAVE A GREAT HOLIDAY 😀
No. Igore them. If you have concerns, contact Apple Support directly. 1-800-MY-APPLE.
I would take it to the Apple Store and ask them.
www.ebay.com, just Google it. Or, there are some Dre headphones on amazon.com.
The next class is June 11th from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. Otherwise you need to go to www.apple.com/today to see what classes are being held.
Okay, so, I don't know.
I'd get some compressed air from any office supply store and blow lightly into the port.

Huge parking lots, don't think any entrance is that much closer to apple than the others, it's pretty much in the middle
