Total waste of time. I Made an appointment for a broken screen. Packed up my 6 kids and drove 30minutes. I get here and the rep tells me they don’t take Mac screens at this location despite the website advertising they do and allowing me to make an appointment for a screen repair. Absolutely unacceptable. She said she simply didn’t have time to text me to let me know when I made the appointment. Unacceptable.

They do check on prices first, cause it depends on phones. I ended up going to sprint because I had insurance.

The most common reason a phone would not charge is because the charge port is failing. A charge port replacement on that phone is $89. We would need a few days to get the part in, and about 2 hours to perform the repair. Thanks
