The trail is perfect for a walk or jog. Plenty of shade but still hot enough to break a sweat. It's also peaceful and quiet. Beware of wild life.

This trail offers multiple paths of varying distances depending on your stamina. Cibilo creek runs along side one of the trails too so you can get a real nice view at a few different spots. The path is also good for biking . There's a few off road trails too if that is to your liking. Snakes have been spotted in n the past and fishing is definitely a go at certain areas. You can expect a lot of baitfish ( bluegill, sunfish and perch ) as well as bass of varying sizes, carp and alagator gar.

Yes. Best on a leach. Coyote and deer might be tempting to chase.

How do you find the cave?

They are not really caves. If you follow the cave trail, it will bring you to the Creek. Overlooking the creek, you will see little inlets in the limestone, basically just large holes. The trail doesn't bring you directly to them, you have to find little outlets along one of the trails to get to them. It's easier if you go down I to the creek bed first to get an idea.

Is their "fish-able" water here year round?

Yes. There is a creek that's good for catch and release. It gets low in the summer but is still fishable.
