Went to Southland store in Taylor MI and spoke with Asst. Mgr. Mark. Bought tennis bracelet 5 months ago and it broke. Had warranty but no receipt and he exchanged it. NO questions asked. Great customer service. Anticipated problems prior to visit. Thank you Helzberg. Will definitely go back.

I am usually one to never leave a review about things because I can let a lot of things go. This has honestly been a complete nightmare! I went to have my ring looked at and to get some diamonds tighten on my outer band as well as my insert was bent. The manger at the store told me it was fine and once the outer part is fixed I would see the insert wasn't bent. Well basically 3 weeks later after getting my ring back late and me having to call because they were never going to contact me to even tell me they weren't going to have my ring back by the promise date when i pick my ring up Heather cleans my insert for me to put the ring together and says did you know your insert is BENT? I SAID THIS 3 WEEKS AGO WHEN I BROUGHT THE RING IN! So now I have to sacrifice my insert for a additional 3 weeks? She says it's not that noticeable. It's literally a gap in my ring and my 1 year anniversary is around the corner. She said well just bring it back whenever you want wear the ring and don't have people look to close. A terrible experience. I am disappointed.
