The property manager and staff are very professional and helpful. I’ve lived here over three years and I love it. The property manager address issues head on with solutions and is very responsive. Since I first moved in the building is neat clean and presentable. Also, the property manager always host events giving the building a sense of community.

Apartment management is terrible. False advertisement, poor management, the only thing that is good about this place is the cleaning lady. Tamika(property manager)and Robin (assistant manager) lie worst than man little cousins. Don’t move here. They’re greedy just to fill up the vacancies to get a check. UNPROFESSIONAL. Terrance is a great at the front office, but that’s it. :(

I have been trying to get in contact with this community for weeks due to me trying to find a new apartment. They do not return calls or answer the phones. I can only imagine how they treat the current residents.

I don't actually live here but I visit a friend here. Neighbors are polite and helpful. You will smell marijuana and hear neighbors through the wall but still a nice place. Convenient to the metro.
