The complex does not treat it's tenants fairly. The complex has mice and does nothing to get rid of them, however blames the tenants for the mice. The maintenance men are incapable of fixing anything. The laundry room is supposed to be open from 8-5 although I tried washing my clothes in the morning as early as 8 and still not open by 9:15 am on the weekdays. Some weekends it is closed for the entire day. The property manager is not helpful when it comes to resolving these issues.
