If you are looking to live here I suggest you to look somewhere else. Maintenance is so poor they keep telling you to put in request for service but they don't come unless you say you calling DCRA. And even all they do is touch ups they don't dignified themselves to look for the real issues just so it won't keep happening. But they sure are on top of their rent money.

This is the 10th Time this year we've been without hot water. It is absolutely ridiculous. I am so sick and tired of this complex their excuses. I will be contacting a lawyer for further options. Even corporate ignores resident's help requests.
Phenomenal Beginnings
At first, when I moved in over 2 years ago, it was okay. They had to rush my apartment because they were going to lose a tentant. Just recently, management has changed to the pits!! I’ve reported mold in my apartment and NOTHING has been done. I have a health condition that doesn’t allow me to be in mold. Also, this doesn’t help the fact that my clothes and such smell of mildew. I can’t wait to move into a better building and with better management. Whatever you do, avoid moving here!

My experience around here has been very iffy. The mice run rampant and my residence is very clean. They send Kenmore out to handle the pest situation but they don't do anything. I had my package stolen from my neighbor and just today I walked into a house filled of the strongest gas smell. Called the rental office two days prior to this to let them know my stove suddenly stopped working, was told they would send someone out NO ONE CAME. I had to call emergency maintenance today and no one called back so I called the fire department. Only then did maintenance come running to my building to let me know they came to cut the gas back on last night at 11:30 pm. I work at night and never was informed the gas was out because the property never called, emailed or left notices informing the residents of such. I went to voice my disgust with the rental office and their blatant disregard for me and my family life by not informing me of gas being off and was met with attitude for one, and told that I should've been home.... very unprofessional and disgusting. I will be moving in 2 weeks and I cannot wait.
